What's the USWTAF? It's a casual group of current and former whitewater slalom and wildwater racers, coaches, volunteers, parents, and other interested parties. Our main goal is to facilitate communication among our constituency. Our main activity, so far, is to hold reunions. The next reunion will be held at the US Slalom Nationals this October (2009).
For information on today's slalom world, visit
WhitewaterSlalom.us To contribute to US slalom, see
Whitewater Slalom Foundation.
We may try to get more organized, at which point we could borrow Davey and Jennifer Hearn's slogan: Preserving the past, energizing the present, and nurturing the future of whitewater canoe and kayak racing. But for the moment let's just spread the word. If you wish to be on the email contact list, which means you will receive sporadic newsletters that are subsequently posted here, please send an email to question@jamiemcewan.com.
